as a blogger, and even in life this is one of the truest quotes. at the start of any new year we feel a sense of renewal and we often set a bunch of new goals for ourselves. it's easy around this time in the month to start to feel those goals sliding. to compare ourselves to others success, or to make a mountain out of a molehill. don't give up. don't compare yourself to others. you are worth it! let this quote be your manta!

Things to Remember

There is a new page update under the "Finding your Sisu" tab.  Sometimes to help put our lives into perspective and give us a little reminder about what is important, it helps to make a list. The Universe Loves You

It is far too easy in our daily lives to get lost in the hustle and bustle. To get consumed by the ideas of what we need to have, or how we need to reshape ourselves. 

Today, stop for just a moment and refocus. 

Love yourself for who you are and not who you think you need to be. Surround yourself with the people who love you just the way you are. Re-frame your outlook and examine where you place your emphasis each day. Today think of one thing that makes you so, so happy. The universe loves you.
