Gourmet B*tches

Move over typical downtown chip truck, there is a new gig in Toronto town called Gourmet Bitches and it's looking delicious! The innovative masterminds behind this travelling healthy trend are, Shontelle Pinch and Bianka Matchett. The inventive duo offers up gourmet food trends on-the-go, packed with healthy selections. Not only does this make my mouth water, but the pair has quite possibly brought the first gluten- and dairy-free food truck to the city! They also sport one heck of a creative logo. What a brilliant overall idea!

Tasty selections appear to range from $3-$12 with lots of options to choose from. Menu items include things such as, Balinese chicken on a gluten-free corn tostada and mahi mahi and shrimp cevich, but they recommend you check back frequently as the menu is constantly evolving. Also good to know is that the gourmet pair (and truck) does tons of catering to private parties and local events. So, to those of us living in the city, it is time to keep our eyes peeled for these pumped wearing, pavement peeling, truck driving b*tches, but luckily we can also track the trucks whereabouts by following them on Twitter.
