Suck It Up : Six healthy smoothies


After eating delicious sweets and fat filled treats over the holidays many people make a simple resolution to try and eat healthy… at least for January. On top of clean eating, many people also try and focusing on eating a little less, in order to put their stomach and plate portions back on track. Smoothies are one of the more practical and quick ways to incorporate not only clean eating (packing in tons of nutrients) but also a good way to get your taste buds back and flush out your system. They require little thought and effort in the morning and can use as many or as few ingredients as you have available. All you really need is a blender or hand mixer and straw!
